I work with couples from my office in Waterdown, Ontario and virtually across Ontario. I use a blend of EFT and IFIO (Internal Family Systems fou couples) to dig deep and create change that lasts. In addition to standard therapy, I offer couples therapy intensives (6 hours a day for 1-3 days) to fast track change.
